The Founders of PRO Networking NOW had years of experience attending other professional networking groups. And while many had their good points, it often appeared these organizations' top management had priorities that were different than the local membership.

​Those founders wanted an organization which was more in touch with membership needs, was more responsive to supporting local technology, and was not so concerned about growing as it was about maintaining a quality experience. They also sought a group that would fairly distribute funds for local use and not ship them off to support a distant organizational hierarchy! After reviewing these requirements, there was only one thing they could do...
